That was a great walk around Twyford Wood with Bugsy, Mark G and Ted!
We only did 2.23 miles. Since Bugsy has to stay on the lead, while out walking. I was worried, he would pull me over in ice/snow! Ted was off the lead, running around like normal!

That’s me just done my first cycle of 2026! Yes, I was using an E-Bike. But it still counts has cycling! Like a normal bike, if you stop peddling the bike, will stop! Just gives you extra help going up hills and getting your average speed up!
