WOW! Can’t believe that’s the last cycle of 2016 done! Can’t believe just how fast the year has gone! Only feels like yesterday is was 2006! Back to the cycle, I did 19.38 miles. Which takes my monthly total to 321.3 miles. Total for the year 4,583.8, which is 2,993.6 more miles that I did last year! Which shows just how bad 2015, was cycling wise!

To keep myself nice and warm, I wore the Zone3 Vision wetsuit under the Santa Morphsuit! So keeping both Lycra and wetsuit fans happy! 😀
Had great fun this afternoon, out cycling wearing the Zone3 Vision wetsuit, under my normal cycling gear! Which I had of course to remove to show, that I really had it on!
That sure was a great 48.34 mile cycle! Making it one for the longest cycles of the year! Only down side, is only got the time for maybe one more cycle this month. Since I am off to Scotland on Thursday, then going to Cyprus for two weeks. So will be bike less, till I get back at the end of the month!
Knowing that, I am not going to get much more cycling in before the end of the month, did make me want to get a long one in today!

That’s the first cycle to work of 2016, done at long last! The cycle took 1:35:53 (h:m:s), which is not bad going, since it’s 23.8 miles. My average speed was 14.9 mph. So the best average speed for any cycle so far this year!
Just hoping the weather is good again on Friday, so I can do it all over again!

Well that was a great cycle! On #hottestdayoftheyear was round 29C for most of the cycle! Would, not have wanted to do much more than 28 miles in that sort of heat! Also was glad, I had white Lycra on again…
That’s my weekly total now at 100.3 miles! Want to try and double that before the week is out! Want to make it, the most miles, I’ve down in a single week so far this year! Wish me luck…

That was a great 30.06 mile cycle, the longest pre-work cycle of the year so far!! So far done 132 miles this week! Which is good going, since my goal was only 100 miles!
Yet another cycle! I did just over 26 miles! Which takes monthly total to 238.5 miles. So 109.3 more miles, than I did in February last year! By this last year, I had only done 209.5 miles in total. Right now I am at 422.7 miles. Hoping to get that up to around 500 miles before the month is out!

Yet another cycle out wearing the Zone3 Evolution Swim-Run wetsuit. Just to think, I’ve had this wetsuit in for every cycle so far! So 145.7 miles wearing it! 🙂
