I got up at about 11:00am. I had a shower and played about on the Internet and watched UKTV Gold. It was far to hot during the mid afternoon to go out on my bike.
Once it had cooled down a bit. Mark and mself went out to take photos of myself wearing my new Orca speedsuit for my Wetsuitlads. So please go and check them out.
Then once back from taken the photos. I went a nice cycle to Tallington, on the way back I called in at Morrisons to get a drink to cool myself down and to chat to Matthew for a while.
Once back Mark, Sam and me walked with the dog to The Willoughby Arms to get food. Since it was so nice and warm we had the meal’s outside.
Once back home I sorted out all my Wetsuitlads photos, which took a good number of hours and spoke to my BF Rob on-line for a while.
