Just a update on what, I’ve been doing the last three weeks! Of course, I had to wear a wetsuit to make the vlog more fun!
Vlog: Corrour highest railway station in the UK
WOW! Just been to Corrour railway station, which is the highest mainline railway station in the United Kingdom.
Corrour railway station ✅
So, so pleased with myself! That I’ve just ticked off, Corrour railway station! Which is the highest railway station in the UK, it’s also not accessible by any public roads!! Which gives you, an idea of just how remote it really is!
If you can, at some point in your life, I would recommend you travel up to Corrour railway station! It’s by far the best railway station, that I’ve ever been too!
UK railway stations list : updated 30-May-2018

Crinan Canal, Britain’s most beautiful shortcut! ✅
WOW! Can’t believe that Neil, my older brother Douglas and myself, walked the whole of the Crinan Canal in both directions, a distance of around 20 miles! So maybe the longest single day walk, that any of us done!
It really does live up to it’s name, of Britain’s most beautiful shortcut!

Stopped off at Carnasserie Castle
During our drive, up to the to Crinan Canal, we stopped off at Carnasserie Castle, which is a Historic Scotland site, I had never been to before! If ever in the Lochgilphead, I would check it out, if I was you! Even better, it’s 100% free, so no need to join Historic Scotland. But, of course, I would recommend that you do!
England & Scotland wetsuit walks
That’s me back in the UK!!
That’s me now back in the UK! Got back into Glasgow late last night! Had so much fun in Cyprus, but still glad to be back home! Well just about home, still got to drive back to England on Thursday at some point.
Since, I am not back at work, till Friday. I am going to make, the most of my time here in Scotland. By doing lot’s and lot’s of walking!
So today, Neil and myself walked from Killearn down, onto the West Highland Way, had a look at the Pots of Gartness, then walked back up to Killearn.
