So happy, with the Men’s HeatGear® Armour Compression Leggings, that I got during the last day of my holiday in Cyprus. Glad they fit, or I would have had to travel over 2,500 miles to take them back! LOL!

Well that turned out to be a extra good cycle! I was only hoping to do around 20 miles, but ended up doing 33.53 miles, making it my longest cycle of 2019! Also cycled up a hill, I’ve never done before! It was 12%, so looking forward to doing that one again!

Since it’s starting to feel colder, well it is late October. It was time to look out the Lycra shorts again! I did 27.51 miles, which I was more than pleased with… Till I found out Nick, had done… 58.90 miles! What, have I done to him? He’s now doing more cycling than me!!

Happy days, just done my first half century ride of 2018. Ended up doing 52.08 miles. Filmed this vlog during the last 10 miles.

That’s me now cycled 50,003.4 miles, since April 2003! Which I am, well pleased with! Just wish my records went back even longer.

I am so close to having cycled 50,000 miles, since April 2003!!
I’ve done 111.1 miles of cycling this week! So making it the most in single week so far this year! Of course, I need to do, better, much better! Need to get that up to 150 miles a week really! But it’s a good start!
Now also done 49,926.4 miles, since April 2003! So I will break the 50,000 miles before next Sunday!! 🙂
