Well pleased with myself, done 200 miles of cycling this week! But still a long way off my record, that I set back in 2009, when I did 452.2 miles in single week. That was of course, while doing the End to End cycle.
Vlog: 2,000 miles of cycling! TICK!

First half century cycle of 2020!
So pleased with myself, just done my first half century cycle of 2020! So in other words 50 miles! Not just 50 kilometres (31 miles), that most of Europe does! Now I really need to aim for 80 miles next! Then really, really hoping, I can get a 100 mile cycle in before the year is out!

So many bridleways around here!
Since they are so many great bridleways around here, about time I started cycling on them! Since I’ve just about covered most of easy local roads. By going onto bridleways it, open ups every more of local countryside!

Vlog – 1 July 2020
First some bad news… Getting made redundant, after working at same place for 16 years! In better news, really getting them cycling and walking miles in! Also speak about walk 1000 miles.
First cycle of July 2020
Well that’s me just done my first cycle of July 2020! Yep it’s really July ready, where has the year gone?!?! But got to say, will be glad once this year is over!
It was only a short cycle of 12.61 miles. But after doing 41.62 miles yesterday, more than pleased with that total! My legs after that cycle felt great, just not my hands. So ordered myself some gloves. Not had cycling ones, in a good number of years! So time, I fixed that!

Oh and yes, I was back in my favourite skinsuit again! Don’t worry, it’s been washed a good number of times now!! 🙂
