After moving from Little Bytham to Castle Bytham, just over a month ago. It’s time to start walking the dog around the village. Funny I only lived 2 miles away, but don’t really know this village at all!

Been a bit of weird and upsetting day. It’s the day Mark and myself moving the rest of our stuff out of Number 12. It’s been a great house since January 2001. Got so many great memories from my time there.
But now I can look forward to hopefully, making many new memories in the new house.
Lucky we have not moved far. Only to Castle Bytham, so around 2 miles away. So can still, go out local pub in Little Bytham all the time!

Every year at the Peterborough Greyhounds we dress up for Children In Need. This year the theme was 118 118. If you’re not from the UK, you will have no idea what 118 118 is! So best to google it!
I am sure, we will have raised lots of money. When I find out the total, I will post it here!

That’s yet another UK Heritage railway line off my list! This time it’s the Severn Valley Railway.
Here are some photos from yet another great day out! Was hoping to get more, but by the time we walked from Arley Station to Bewdley Station it was fully dark! But I will be back! Think, I will wait till next year. When we have more hours of day light!

During my drive on the way back from Scotland. I stopped off at the Kirkby Stephen railway station, which is on The Settle-Carlisle Railway line. Which is on my list of railway lines to do to in the UK.

That’s me now up in Scotland. Set off from Little Bytham just after 1:00pm and got to Killearn around 8:30pm. So made it up, just before it got fully dark. Was very good driving weather. Rain stayed off and the roads were dry. Was a bit windy going over the top of the A66, then that’s just about always the case.
Here are some photos from my favorite section of the journey, which is the A66 going over the Pennines.

Then once done at the Severn Bridge, I drove along roads, that I used during the End to End cycle. I could remember them, just like yesterday. This time it was off to the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Did not get to got over it this time. But I did go to local view point and get some great photos of the bridge.
