That’s me, now done 160 out of the 2,560 railway stations in the UK! Still got, another 2,400 to go! Which is a hell of a lot. But then, I’ve have done 66 this year, so far alone.
Below is list of ones, I’ve done so far in 2019! (Listed in the order, I’ve visited – oldest to newest)
The full list can be seen at www.gordon-valentine.com/travel/railways/railway-stations/
That turned out to be a great cycle! My first cycle in around 10 days! That’s due to weather not being the best and having mini break in Scotland with Nick!
You can check out the route, I took over at www.strava.com/activities/2457532554
So glad, that I got to use Angel Road railway station, before it closed! It closed on 31 May 2019, since then, the platform has already stripped and the footbridge already taken down!
Here are some photos from my visit on 9th May 2019.

Here is a list of the railway stations, that I’ve visited for the first time in 2019. Really can’t believe, I’ve done 45 so far!
Very big happy 10 year anniversary to Nick and myself! Yes BTW we’re just very good friends! Lot’s of people, think he’s my boyfriend when he’s not!
During the 10 years of knowing him, we’re done some truly great stuff together. Been a good number of cycles together, been to Scotland a number of times. Walked up both Ben Vorlich and Ben Nevis. Also of course, had him wearing Lycra and wetsuits a LOT!! 🙂

If you follow me on Twitter, I did tell you, from this week, I would be back in Lycra again! Only did a mini cycle, of just over 18 miles. Still happy, with that!
That’s us just done another part of the Grand Union Canal. This time, we walked from Long Buckby to Birdingbury Wharf. A distance of 14.54 miles.
The route we took can be found over at www.strava.com/activities/2381297851 and www.strava.com/activities/2381427436. It’s in two parts, due to my GPS watch going flat. So had to change over to using my phone.
Here are some photos from day 12 of our Grand Union Canal walk.
