Another 20+ mile cycle! GO ME!!
So pleased with myself! Just done my second 20+ mile cycle in two days! This time around, I did 22.22 miles! Which takes my monthly total up to 210 miles!
Next goal over the next two days. Is getting my weekly total to over 100 miles! Which, I’ve not done, in way, way to long!

Cycled 555 miles so far during 2024!
So far during 2024. I’ve cycled 555 miles. Which, may sound good. But in fact, it’s anything but! I, should be doing that in 1 month. Never mind in half a year!
But at least my cycling is, way up on this point last year! Which is one good thing, at least!
Then add both my cycling and walking together. That takes my total for the year up to 1,304 miles. Which is way better!

Sixth 20+ mile cycle of 2024
Well done me! I’ve just done my sixth 20+ mile cycle of 2024! I did 24.11 miles, which takes my weekly total up to 57.63 miles. Really hoping, I do my first 100 mile week, of the year!!
Also done 187.8 miles this month! So should also make the first 200+ mile month of the year so far!

Summer Solstice 2024 cycle
WOW! It’s Summer Solstice 2024 already! And better weather here in UK has only just started! By better weather, I mean like 20C and sunny!
So it was great day, to wear my Synergy Navy Cycling Skinsuit and head out a cycle!
