Found my pager from the 90s…

While giving my room a clean out the other day, I found I still had a pager. Think I got it around 97/98 so around the same time this website first went live. I can’t believe that after all, this time it still works :). So if anyone wants to page me, yes page me! The pager number is: 07623 199352. Since it’s a pager, you need to ring that number to leave a message, which they then in turn send to the pager :).

Please, please page me!! It will make me, so, so happy!!

UPDATE: Just found out I got the pager on Thursday, 3rd April 1997 from Argos in Stirling for £89.99.

I am feeling better :)

I was a wee bit bored today, so had some back in the back garden taken new photos of myself :). They say it’s summer, it does not feel like it. Max of like 17C here today. So did not get any cycling done again today :(. So taken these new photos give me something to do :D.

No car month off to a great start :)

You may remember me saying a while back, that I was planned not to use my car the whole of June. Well it’s off to a start great. I cycled  to and from work for the first time this year :). So let’s hope the weather stays like this for the whole of June. Well at the next number of days are looking after good. So I WILL be cycling to and from work again this Friday and Saturday.

So here are the statistics from both cycles:-

From home to work:-

From work to home:-

  • Max Speed: 23.5 mph.

New cycling gear is here!

My new Rabobank Cycling Team kit that I ordered from Wiggle on Wednesday turned on today. I am well pleased with it! Feel so nice on, can’t wait to get out cycling in it. Was hoping to later today, but it’s gone very, very windy again.

I have just gone and spent £133.50 on some new cycling gear :). Been after some new gear for a while. So after asking people on facebook what I should get, lots of people said I should get the Rabobank team kit. Also lots of straight lads from work said I should get it. So that will be a first for me, having straight lads telling me what gear to get! Just hope I look half has good in it, as Theo Bos does :).
