Just talking about my Trek 830 bike, which happens to be around 17 years old and is still going strong! Yes of course you get to see some Lycra in this vlog!!
Just beating last years record
I am happy with myself. Just gone and beating last years record number of miles on the bike. Last year I did 5,066 miles. So this year I have done 5,075.2 miles!!
Last week, I set myself a new goal of 5,150 miles, by the end of this year. Now going to change that up to 5,250 miles. If the weather plays nice, that should be very easy indeed to do!

Spider-Man suit photos after work
Since I still had the Spider-Man suit on after work. Which also happens to be the longest time I ever had it on for. Put it on at 5:30pm and still at it on after 12:30am. So of course, I just had to stop on the way home and get these photos. It’s also the first time, I have ever driven my car dressed as Spider-Man :).

5,000 miles! Second year in a row!!
Last year when I ended the year on 5,066 miles, I was sure it was going to be a one off. And I was never going bet that again. It’s looking very likely that I will do. So far year this I have done 5,006 miles. Which I am very pleased with. When my goal was just 4,500 miles. So lets see, if by the end the year on at least 5,150 miles.
