Happy Christmas everyone!!

I hope that everyone had a great Christmas! Like I’ve done, for the last number of years, I went over to my younger brothers house, along with the rest of the Valentine family! Which is always great fun!!

Here are some photos, I took during my Boxing Day walk!

Robroyston railway station, tick!

I can now tick off Robroyston railway station. Which, I am so pleased about! Since it only opened on 15 December 2019. Making it the newest railway station in Scotland. Also it’s the 250 railway station, I’ve used!!

Last time in Scotland this decade!

That’s me now in Scotland for the last time this decade. Can’t believe, that we’re just about the entered the 2020s! How was the start of the millennium 19 years ago?

Here are three photos, I took during my drive up to Scotland! Was hoping to take more, but the weather had other ideas, plus it was starting to get dark!

P.S. I hope that you like my new Regulation Piped Locking Leather Collar.

Let’s Go Round Again | The LNER HST Farewell Tour

So glad, that I went to Grantham railway station on Saturday the 21st of December 2019. To see the LNER HSTs, branded as ‘Let’s Go Round Again’. A 2+7 set was fully repainted into the original InterCity125 livery and the powercars (43206 and 43312) were re-numbered to 253003 and 253029.

It’s the first time, in my life I’ve seen a HST set in it’s original livery. So glad, that myself and around 100 others went to Grantham railway station to get some photos!

First cycle, in like 4 weeks…

WOW! That was like my first cycle, in over 4 weeks! Just not really been in mood for it. Last month, I only did 54.7 miles. Which is very, very poor. Since in November of last year, I did 315.5 miles. So just, hope I can get another 2 or 3 in before heading off to Scotland!
