Fred oversees plumbers wrestling with decayed lead pipes in Cyril’s flat, an expectant mother wants a home birth to link her own and her husband’s traditions. Timothy passes his medical exams but is undecided about becoming a GP or a surgeon.

The engineer investigates how to keep homes cheaper to heat, working on a project to turn a typical 1930s semi into one of the most energy-efficient homes in Britain. Guy helps to fit the best insulation, draught-proofing and ventilation, as he explores the science behind the much-discussed heat pump and learns lessons that will help every household reduce costs.

The Enemy Within (Part 2). Series 29, episode 4. Part two of two. The forensics team find flaws in the evidence against the prime suspect, leaving DI Ahmed furious that she is unable to charge anyone and appease the continuing anger and violence in the community. Jack meets up with his new ‘friends’ in the pub and is asked whether he can be trusted to share and uphold their patriotic values, while Kit discovers the true identity of Alex Nelson. There soon follows another attack, and for one member of the police team, it’s personal. Crime drama, starring Emilia Fox, David Caves, Maggie Steed and Francesca Mills.
