I’ve got no idea, if it’s summer or winter here in the UK! It’s been so warm the last week or so!
Trawsgoed, near Aberystwyth, reached 20.3 °C making it the UK’s warmest February day on record.
So, I’ve got to make the most of it and get them cycling miles in!
P.S. I got summer and winter mixed up in the vlog!
Yet another cycle with my legs out again (I could get use to this)… I did 24.43 miles this time! So, I just need to do, another 35.1 miles this month and I will be make up, the miles, I was down on last month.

That’s me completed another Strava challenge. This time the “Le Col 100 km | 200 km Challenge“.
I only did the 100 km part, which you had to ride 100 km between the 14th of February and 6th of March.
The 200 km part, you had to ride 200km in one activity! Which is about 125 miles! No way, I could do that. When the longest cycle, I’ve done so far this year is, 30 miles! And the longest, I’ve ever done is 101 miles.
