That’s me now done, 101.8 miles of cycling so far this week! Which I am so pleased with! Making it, just about most miles, I’ve done in a single week so far this year. And still got two cycling days left this week! I don’t count Sunday, since I just about always leave that day free for a long walk with Cooper! 🙂

First time, I’ve done a vlog wearing the UCI World Cup Team skinsuit for a long time! Oh and it’s July already! 2019, is going, way, way to fast!
A mini update on the things, I’ve doing been so far this month! Highlights include, going to Richmond, visiting the highest railway station in the UK. Walking up Beinn na Lap! And walking walking through the Falkirk tunnel.
