Happy #StationsDay 2019 everyone! So how many railway stations have you been to? Well in the UK, I’ve been to… 206 (8.04%), out of 2,560 passenger railway stations on the Network Rail network.
Which, may not sound that good, but, by this year last year, I had only used 62.
Of course, the big question is which is my favourite in the whole of the UK… Well it’s got to be Corrour, followed by Glasgow Central in second place.
Here is the full list, of the ones that, I’ve used so far…
I can now tick off, Darlington railway station.

I can now tick off, Teesside Airport railway station. Which happens to be, one of the UKs least used stations. With only one train per week, on a Sundays.
In 2017/18, it only had 74 passengers. So when the usage statistics for 2019/20 come out, I can say I was one of them! 🙂

I can now tick off, another railway station, this time Leeds.
