Hope the solicitors, get a move on and quick, as they are usually the spanner’s in the work, in getting contracts signed & title deeds organised.
Patience is a great virtue in these things! I’m sure it will be worth the effort in the end!
It is a slow process that frustrates the life out of us. Be careful of chasing your solicitor too often. Every e-mail or phone call received or sent is charged to you at a price that is eye-watering. Wishing you “all the best”.
