That was yet another great cycle with Nick, this time we did 50.37 miles (or 51.28 miles), if you go by his Strava. Nick uses it on his phone, so it also records while he walks around! Where has, I use a Garmin GPS on my bike.

Still can’t believe that we did 90.89 over two days! Making it the most miles, I’ve done in two days, in a long time! It also makes it the most miles, Nick’s ever done in two days!

We’re both ready planning out next lot of cycles together, but they will have to wail till next year… Hoping to aim for 60+ miles in a single cycle! Who knows maybe even 100+ miles!! We will just have to wait and see, what happens!!

That was a great cycle with Nick! We ended up doing 42.71 miles, which was great, since our goal had only been 30 miles! It’s even better, since it’s the second longest cycle, that he’s ever done! Well done Nick!

That was another great cycle! This time, I cycled from home around Rutland Water via Oakham! Also my second 30+ mile cycle of the week! Now at 93.1 miles so far this week! So will hit the first 100 mile week, so far this year!

But still got a lot, more to do this month! Right now, only done 127.5 miles when my goal for the month is at least 425.8 miles! I doubt, I will make it! But I will see what I can do!

Best number of miles in a month in over a year! This month I did 366.7 miles which means, I’ve done the most miles in a single month since June last year (2015). Even then I only did 366.3 miles. So I am just over that total and no more!

Also by this point last year, I had only done 209.5 miles. Right now I am at 551 miles! So looking like this, should be a good year cycling wise! And make up for last year, somewhat!

That’s well pleased! I’ve not long back in from the longest cycle of the year! I did 34.59 miles! My avg speed was not the best at only 10.6 mph. Still I am more than happy! Just myself and the bike need a good wash! After cycling to, then around Rutland Water!

During the cycle, I also did some more Geocaching. I found 9 during the cycle, which takes my total finds up to 207! So should make my goal of 250!

Here are my cycling statistics for September 2014. I did 375.42 miles, which may not sound a lot. But I had to do all my cycling, before Saturday 13th September. Since after that, I was on holiday in Cyprus.

Still well pleased with this month. Did the longest cycle of the year so far (76.22 miles). Also cycled to and from work four times, which added around 180 miles to my total.

This video was filmed during the 60 mile cycle that I did today (Tuesday 26th August 2014). It shows a small section of the cycle between Barnsdale and Sykes Lane, which is part of the Rutland Water route.

OMG! Can’t believe that I have done just over 700 miles of cycling this month! Just to think my goal at the start of the month was 450 to 500 miles.

Now the race is on to make 6,000 miles before the year is out. Which I am sure I will do, since right now my miles for the years stands at 5,817.3. So leaves me just 182.7 more miles to do…

That’s me just done the seventh 30+ mile of this month. Which takes my monthly total up to 494.6 miles. Meaning I, now only have to do 5.8 more miles to bet the most number of miles, I have ever done in any November. I set that back in 2010.

I am really on fire this month! So far done 459 miles. Which is 223.6 more miles than I did in November of last year (2012). It’s also the third 40+ mile cycle of the month! The way I am going, I will hit 600 miles before the month is out. Well if the weather plays nice that is!
