Last August, Roman Kemp’s life changed dramatically with the sudden and unexpected death of his best friend, radio producer Joe Lyons. It led him to question why increasing numbers of young men are taking their own lives and why so many of them never ask for help. Here, Roman sets out to explore what can be done to encourage people to seek help, what preventative action others need to be taking, and the lasting impact of mental health and suicide on friends and family.

Already used to pushing the limits of what can be achieved, Billy now pushes himself to the limit as he takes on a truly unforgettable challenge – walking, kayaking and cycling 140 miles in the name of charity. His trek begins at the Millennium Bridge in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, ultimately heading to Brands Hatch in Kent. Before he starts, the 21-year-old receives words of encouragement from Jose Mourinho, manager of his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, and along the route is joined by a host of celebrity supporters including Cheryl, Zoe Ball, Chris Ramsey, Dan Walker and Vick Hope.
