Had a great day out in York with my older bother Douglas and his wife Lisa. Did so much, went to the National Railway Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre and Clifford’s Tower.
We did also really want to climb York Minster Tower, but you had to get a combined ticket (Minster and Tower) costing £15. We also wanted to go up to tower. They use to do a ticket just for the tower. So that was the only bad thing about York.
Also went to lots and lots of pubs! Will try to list them all here later…
