Bourne to Saxby Railway line photos : 08-May-2020

Time to restart a project, that I started back in 2014. Which was trying to take a photo of every bridge, tunnel and viaduct, that still remain on the old railway line between Bourne and Saxby.

So here are some photos of old line, I got during today’s cycle :).

UK’s hottest July day on record

The UK has had it’s hottest July day on record, with temperatures reaching 38.1C (100.6F) in Cambridge. Here my village in South Lincolnshire has made it up to 36C (96.8F).

So here are some photos of myself playing in the snow! 🙂

Driving : Castle Bytham to Killearn filmed in real-time

Driving all the way from Castle Bytham in Lincolnshire, to Killearn in Scotland! A drive of just over 320 miles!

The route starts in Castle Bytham, then the A1, A66, M6, A74(M), some back roads, Glasgow and to Killearn in Scotland.

Getting Superfast Fibre Broadband!!

At long last, my village has got Superfast Fibre Broadband! We’re getting it installed on the 8th June!! So can’t wait! Right now, with ADSL we only get speeds of up to 7.5 Mbps. When we get BT Infinity 2, that will jump to anything up to 76 Mbps.

It will also make uploading stuff, much, much faster!! So it will make me, want to film many more new vlogs!!

Here are some photos of our local FTTC cabinet getting installed 🙂

Starting to look around Castle Bytham

After moving from Little Bytham to Castle Bytham, just over a month ago. It’s time to start walking the dog around the village. Funny I only lived 2 miles away, but don’t really know this village at all!

So here are some photos from today’s dog walk.
