That was a great 30.06 mile cycle, the longest pre-work cycle of the year so far!! So far done 132 miles this week! Which is good going, since my goal was only 100 miles!

Great fun cycling with a friend!
Had so much fun cycling with a friend today! I will feel it, tomorrow! Been up since 8am! Which my body is not use to, at all! Also covered just over 75 miles! So the longest cycle of the year so far :).
I will leave you will some photos from the cycle! I will post the route and cycling statistics later…
