WOW!!! Makes me want to do this line again!!

I love watching All The Stations! This one has to be the best one YET!! I’ve done the West Highland Line many lines myself over the years. Which this, makes me want to do it again! If this does not make you want to visit Scotland, then I doubt nothing will!

UK railway stations list : updated 30-Aug-2017

I can now add Hathersage and Sheffield to the list of UK railway stations that I’ve used!

Regent’s Canal, Tick ✅

I can now say, that along with Cooper. I’ve now walked the whole of the Regent’s Canal in London from Limehouse Basin to Paddington Basin.

The first part of the walk took us from Limehouse Basin to London Canal Museum a distance of 7.3 miles!

Then we took a boat trip from the London Canal Museum through the Islington Tunnel, which is the longest canal tunnel in the south of England!  If ever in the London area, I would really recommend you do! More info can be found out at canalmuseum.gttix.com/productdetails.aspx?productid=4720.

Then the second part of the walk took us from the London Canal Museum to Paddington Basin a distance of 5.2 miles!

Here are some photos from the walk!

Yet more Ben Nevis photos!

Here are some more photos from the truly amazing walk up Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, located in Scotland. Standing at 1,345 metres.

That’s me now climbed 3 Munros out of 282 so only 1.06% complete! Hoping if the weather let’s me, I’ve do one more in September. Doubt, I will ever make it up all of them! But would be nice to do at least 5% to 10% of them!

WOW we did Ben Nevis!!

Job done, we both climbed Ben Nevis, which is the which is the highest mountain in the British Isles!! Standing at 1,345 metres above sea level!!! We could not have had a better day for it!! Could see for miles and miles at the top!

I would say that doing Ben Nevis, is right up there with doing the End to End cycle!

And just to show that we really did it! The route we took can be seen @ www.strava.com/activities/1088565730.

Stopped off at the Tan Hill Inn

On the way back from Scotland, I stopped off at the Tan Hill Inn, which is the is the highest inn in the British Isles at 1,732 feet (528 metres) above sea level. I bet, it would be a great place to cycle to!!
