The team takes some of greatest-ever cars featured in James Bond movies for a spin, including the iconic Aston Martin DB5. Freddie Flintoff gets behind the wheel of an Extreme E race car and puts it to the test against a man in a jet-pack, while Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness test a new Ferrari against a very old Alfa.

Tim Dunn explores Wingfield, one of the oldest surviving railways and uncovers the longest brick viaduct in the UK, the Welland Viaduct in Northamptonshire.

Stacey Dooley hosts this property-based guessing game in which four people claim to own the same house. It’s then up to celebrity judges Bill Bailey, Emily Atack, Judi Love, Jamali Maddix – joined each week by a special guest – to watch the four `owners” interact and figure out which one is telling the truth and who are the impostors. Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen joins in the fun for the first edition, set in a converted barn in Ashford, Kent.

The Dog House (Channel 4/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Thursday 25th March 2021)

Documentary set inside Wood Green animal charity, following efforts to match dogs with new owners. Nine-year-old Rohan meets Patterdale terrier puppy Friday, but there are concerns that the hound may be just a bit too enthusiastic for the youngster. Rocco the Jack Russell has been struggling to find a home, though his bouncy exuberance and love of a good face lick means he could be the perfect match for Zach, who is looking for a dog not fazed by his Tourette’s. Grant the stray westie has seen some tough times, but his luck might be about to change with the arrival of Casper and Sid.

Kate Humble’s Coastal Walks (Channel 5/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Friday 26th March 2021)

The naturalist walks 12 miles of Suffolk’s shingle coast, starting at Minsmere Nature Reserve, and later heads through the protected wetlands at Snape Maltings in a kayak. Her final destination is the 10-mile-long shingle spit at Orford Ness, a former military test site which is now a National Trust nature reserve.

Started a new job!!!!!

I started my new job, has a delivery driver for a well knowing supermarket. Today, was a morning of on-line training. Also got showing the vans, I will be driving! They are just a bit bigger than my Hyundai i10. Which is, still off the road!

Tomorrow, I will be going out with another driver, getting to see how to all works…. and of course, getting to drive the van for very first time!!!

His trek begins at the Millennium Bridge in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, ultimately heading to Brands Hatch in Kent. Before he starts, the 21-year-old receives words of encouragement from Jose Mourinho, manager of his beloved Tottenham Hotspur, and along the route is joined by a host of celebrity supporters including Cheryl, Zoe Ball, Chris Ramsey, Dan Walker and Vick Hope.

Dr George McGavin, Dr Zoe Laughlin and a team of world-leading scientists explore the biology, chemistry, natural history and social history of faeces from a TV-base camp like no other – within the pools, tanks and bowels of one of the UK’s largest and most technologically advanced sewage works.

Life in Colour (BBC 1/HD in 4K on BBC iPlayer | 7:00pm to 8:00pm | Sunday 7th March 2021) ** PICK OF THE WEEK **

David Attenborough reveals the extraordinary ways that some animals use colour to hide and disappear into the background. The Bengal tigers of central India use their striped patterns to dazzle colour blind prey, while zebras on the Masai Mara use motion dazzle to confuse predators. Other animals use colour to trick and to deceive. On Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, a blue-striped blenny uses colours to mimic other fish and launch a sudden attack.

Documentary following the staff of Wood Green animal charity, who are committed to matching their homeless dogs with prospective owners. Nine-week-old French bulldog Kevin competes with a nervous terrier to win the hearts of loved-up couple Ryan and Katie, while a recently widowed grandmother seeks another `beating heart” to help fill a home that is feeling very empty.

Return to Dunblane with Lorraine Kelly (itv/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Thursday 11th March 2021)

Twenty five years ago, the small Scottish town of Dunblane was struck by tragedy when 16 primary school children and their teacher were murdered by a lone gunman. Lorraine Kelly was a reporter on the ground that day, and in this documentary she returns to speak again to those affected by the events. Her film also looks at the spirit of the town, which showed remarkable resilience and mutual support in the aftermath of the deadliest mass shooting in British history.

Kate Humble’s Coastal Walks (Channel 5/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Friday 12th March 2021)

Starting at Dunwich Heath, Kate walks an 11-mile stretch of the Suffolk coastline – one of the fastest eroding in Europe. The naturalist also finds one of the country’s biggest freshwater reed beds, and learns about the ancient art of thatching.
