Chris Tarrant boards some of the highest and steepest trains that cross the Alps, including one that tackles the 965m high Semmering Pass, the Arlberg Line that traverses an avalanche zone, and two incredibly steep cog railways.

Silent Witness (BBC 1/HD | 9:00pm to 10:00pm | Tuesday 8th January 2019)

Fresh from her trip to the States, Nikki and the Lyell unit are called in to investigate an attack against a transgender man. A transgender helpline had received a chilling phone call stating an intent to kill, and the call handler, a young, dynamic spokeswoman for the transgender community, helps with the investigation. When two further attacks are reported, one leaving a potential witness, it looks like the team are facing an outbreak of violence against the transgender community.

Forensic crime drama series. A mistake has been made during the course of the investigation, and Thomas is targeted as a scapegoat. As frustration grows between the Lyell and the acting DCI, can Thomas rally the team to gather crucial evidence to find the killer before they strike again?

Detective drama series set on a Caribbean island. When a passenger is stabbed on the express bus to Honore, Jack and his team are baffled. No-one left their seat, so how did they commit murder?

Celebrity 5 Go Camping (Channel 5/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Friday 11th January 2019)

Michelle Collins, Joe Swash, Bobby Davro, Stephen Bailey and Cheryl Baker continue their escapade in Dorset, a landscape which inspired Thomas Hardy and Jane Austen. But the first of many hurdles is the British weather.
