FreeSports is coming to Freesat
Some great news, if like myself you don’t believe in pay TV! FreeSports is joining Freesat at some point this August or September, and it will appear on channel 252.

Four million steps since 06/10/2016
That’s me now done 4,001,797 steps, since 6th October 2016! But still not got a new badge on the Garmin Connect website!
If I, have to hit 5 million steps, to get my next one, I will not best be pleased!
