Set even more personal records

That’s me just set even more personal records on the Garmin Connect website. I’ve now set a most steps in a week total, new total is now 108,381, for the week from the 23 Jan to 29 Jan 2017. My  last personal best was 107,543 steps for the week from the 10 Oct to 16 Oct 2016.

Also set a new most number of steps in a month. New personal record is 389,418 for Jan 2017. Last record was 365,85 steps for Nov 2016.

So now just need to new most number of steps in a day. Which right now only stands at 26,294.

Yet another fun 2017 wetsuit cycle!

That sure was another fun cycle wearing my Zone3 Vision wetsuit. Really glad I had it one today. Since it rained for most of the cycle! So it kept me nice and warm!

Penny and Derek both have achondroplasia (colloquially known as dwarfism) and problems with the pregnancy are anticipated, including their baby being stillborn or only living for a short time. As the midwives prepare the Reeds for an infant that may not live, their unconditional devotion to one another and to their unborn child makes a deep impact, especially on Patsy, who is facing one of her toughest decisions yet.

Nikki travels to Mexico when her friend is killed in a carjacking, but she soon makes a discovery that sets her on a collision course with some dangerous and unpredictable forces. Thomas sends Jack to bring Nikki back, but soon he is knee-deep in the unfolding situation.

Tales From the Coast with Robson Green (itv/HD | 8:00pm to 9:00pm | Tuesday 31st January 2017)

Robson Green travels along some of the nation’s most fascinating stretches of coastline. Great being back out on the bike…

Sure did feel great being back out on the bike, after not doing any cycling at all for over a week. Due to have bad cold/bug thing!

I did 32.36 miles, which makes it the longest cycle of year so far!
