Here are my cycling statistics for July 2013. I ended up doing only 539.13 miles this month. I was hoping to do at least 600 miles, but all the long walks with the dog has slowed me down, some what!

So far my yearly total stands at 3,694.2 miles. Total miles since April 2003 now stands at 30,609.5.
