I envy that you have time to achieve that sort of distance, ave 80 miles a week at the mo
Still 80 miles is very good! Still more than most people do in a month, if not a whole year!
Total Distance: 520.63 miles
Total Rides: 21
Ave Speed: 13.0mph
Max Speed: 41.3mph
Max Distance: 70.14 miles
This is despite the bike being out of use for the first 9 days of the month! So I am very pleased!
Yes that’s not bad going at all. But you do count your number of rides differently to me. Like if, I cycle to and from work. That’s two cycles, since I had a break break in the middle. So again, if I had a morning and evening cycle. That’s two cycles! 🙂
Two rides in one day I count as one. Not really much point me counting a before-work ride of say 5.61 miles as a ride, unless that is all I do in a day, then it will be called a ride!
