the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Bill

Stonewall Say I DoI do really hope this bill passes tonight. Don’t think I ever watched the BBC Parliament channel so much in my whole life. Been watching it just about all day!

If you live in the UK and are not near a TV, but have Internet access. You can watch BBC Parliament live @ www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/tv/bbc_parliament/watchlive.

  1. Gordon, due to your due diligence I was able to email my MP to have a go at him for not backing the Bill.
My MP is Marcus Jones (Conservative), Nuneaton.

I did get a reply and his reasons were bloody paper thin, and apparently he got 100s of correspondences from my fellow constituents asking him to vote against the Bill, and only a small handful asking for him to vote for the Bill.

    1. It does make the Tories look, very, very bad that so many of them voted against it. Just have to make sure, we don’t vote for any of them MPs ever again.
