The main thing I did today, was to go out a longish cycle. I covered a distance of 33.01 miles, with a average speed of 15 mph. Maximum speed was 30.3 mph, with a time of 2 hours 12 minutes and 16 seconds. It’s all good training for the Ride for Ryder Peterborough, that I am doing with a group of people from work in September. When we’re being doing 55 miles, making it the longest day of cycling, I have done since the End to End cycle.

In other news, I have also updated the cycling maps section, where you can see a map of all the places I have cycled to, from my village.
