January 2003 |
David and me went to Weatherspoons,
for a quick meal we both had Jacket Potato, with cheese. We only
had a small meal because later in the afternoon, we both went
to my parents for a meal. It was a very nice meal, it's the first
that David and me have both been to my parents house for a meal.
Lucky it all went very well. We will need to make sure that we
do it next time we're both up in Scotland.
When we got back to our hotel room, we just stayed in and watched
TV. Their is not much to do with it being New Years day, because
everything is closed. |
| Friday - 3rd January 2003 |
It's David's and my last day
in Glasgow,
it was a great holiday. We checked out of the hotel then went
a walk down to Buchanan Street bus station to leave our bags
so that we did not have to carry them about with us all day.
Then we went to the UGC
Cinema to see Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
It was a great film. Can't wait till the next one comes out.
It should be great like the two before it.
Then we had another look around the shops. Then my Dad picked
us both up and give us a lift to Glasgow airport, to get the
plane back down to Nottingham.
The fight back down to the East
Midlands, was really great we could see for miles. I am
looking forward to the next time that David and me go to Scotland
together, we always have a great time. But then we always have
a great time, because we love each other so much. |
| Monday - 6th January 2003 |
It looks like this year is
off to a good start. I got phoned up about a job and was asked
if I would like to go to a job interview later this week. Which
of couse I said yes too. She said that she would phone me back
later today, or tomorrow and tell me more about the job and when
the interview will be.
In
the afternoon I got to train from Nottingham to
Stamford, so that I could help Mark out with websites etc. Went
I got there was spoke about that he would like me to do, tommorrow,
then we went to The
Willoughby Arms, the local pub, for some food. I had a 10oz
Gammon Steak.
|
| Tuesday - 7th January 2003 |
I have been, very, very busy
sorting out websites for Mark. I first started on the activevents
website. I added a mailing list, calendar and fixed more of images
that Mark could not get to work.
Then I got to work on the Little
Bytham website, I fixed the guestbook, e-cards and also
the mailing list. It may not sound like a lot. But it did take
a while and Mark was so happy, he been tyed to get half of
them working for a long time and I get them all done in one
day. |
| Wednesday - 8th January 2003 |
God what a busy day it has
been. I had my first job interview in over 2 years. Then after
that I got sorted out and got the train from Nottingham to
Liverpool to see my boyfriend David. I could not wait to tell
David about my day.
Well lets start at the beginning. I got up at 8:00am, then Mark
give me a lift from Little
Bytham to Nottingham,
which was really, really nice of him, so that I could get sorted
out and already for my interview. I was not looking forward to
it at all, but lucky I think that it went not too bad, the job
agency said that they will phone me, in the morning, and tell
me how I did. If I get the job, I will be over the moon.
Then after that I tyed to setup a on-line account with Standard
Life, so that I could check out how much money so far as
been paid in to it, but I could not get it to work. So I phoned
them, with it not like me at all, because I hate making phone
calls. But the very nice Scottish girl, on the other end sorted
it out for me.
Then after all that I got the 1:45pm train from Nottingham to
Liverpool, to see my David.
So it's been a very good day. I am really hoping that this will
be my year. It should be if, it keeps going like this. |
| Monday - 13th January 2003 |
The job agency phoned me up,
not good news, as I did not get the job, oh well. Better luck
next time, at least I have learnt from it. She told me to keep
on looking at their website and if I see any jobs that I would
like to go for, just to give her a ring.
Then I helped my David do some revision for his exam today,
that I got packed for getting the train from Liverpool Lime Street
to Stamford.
While I was on the train I updated my Gay
Glasgow site and of course updated this website.
When I got to Stamford train station Mark picked me up, then
we went to The
Willoughby Arms the local pub, for some food. I had a cheese
burger. |
| Thursday - 16th January 2003 |
I have mainly been working
on the Bytham's website,
re-cording all the HTML pages and also adding a log so that we
can keep a eye on how many people are using the website.
Then I did some work to my Killearn
on the Web site. I added lots more photos and fixed some
other stuff.
Then Mark gave me a lift to Stamford, so that I could get the
6:08pm train to Nottingham, via Leicester. The train journey
was going to plain till I got to Leicester. Then it all starting
to go wrong, all the trains to Nottingham were running late.
I should have got into Nottingham at about 7:30pm, but I didn't
end up getting there till about 8:30pm. When I got there my David
was waiting for me, then we both got the bus to his Mum and Dads
house. |
| Saturday - 25th January 2003 |
| It was one year ago today, that
David and me first met. And I am still madly in LOVE with him.
I don't think that I have loved someone so much in my while life. |
| Sunday - 26th January 2003 |
David and me have been now
going out for 1 year and what a great year it has been.
We spent a lot of the day working on the Liverpool
University Dance website. Which all going to plan will
go live later this week.
Then I walked David and Carolyne to their dancing class. When
I got back I did a lot more work to the LUDC
website.
When David got back we had some Champagne and watched a DVD
called "The Ice Age" to celebrate being together for
1 year. God I love him so much, I hope that you we are going
out for many years to come. |
| Monday - 27th Janurary 2003 |
I got the 1:40pm train from
Liverpool Lime Street and for the first time, in god knows how
long the train got into Stamford dead on time.
I will be in Little
Bytham for the next two days helping Mark out.
Mark made me drive from Stamford to Little
Bytham. I don't think that I did 2 badly, because it's
the first time in about 1 year, that I have driven a car.
Luckily we made all in one piece, so my driving can't of been
that bad.
Then we went to the local pub. |
| Wednesday - 28th January 2003 |
| Today I helped Mark do some more
work to the Little
Bytham's website. I also did bit of work to my Killearn
on the Web site. |
| Saturday - 1st February 2003 |
David and me spent most of
the day working on the Liverpool
University Dance website. We got the whole website finished
and on-line, which is not too bad, since we only started it just
over one week ago. If you would like to go and look at it the
address is www.ludc.co.uk.
Oh I LOVE YOU DAVID BTW. xoxoxox |
| Thursday - 13th February 2003 |
I went to one of David's lectures
at Liverpool
University. The lecture was alright, but nothing to great.
It was a bit boring for me. But it's Davids favourite lecture.
At least now when he speaks about it, I will have a better idea
what he is going on about.
Then we went into Liverpool City centre, to get each other gifts
for Valentine's Day. David got me two DVDs. Then we went to Pizza
Hut, for something to eat. The food was great as always.
Then I put my David to bed, as he as not been feeling well. |
| Saturday - 15th February 2003 |
I spent most of the day re-installing
David's machine after somehow it got a virus on it, even with
an up-to-date virus checker running on it. At least it gave me
something to do all day while David has been dancing in Sheffield
with the Liverpool
University Dance Club.
Once I had finished sorting out his machine, I watched TV and
for once there were a number of good things to watch. So I did
not just watch The Hits and TMF music channels all day long on Freeview,
which I do when I can't find anything better on.
I also updated some of my website's that I have not updated
for a while. |
| Friday - 21st February 2003 |
David and me went into Nottingham
City Centre to have a quick look around the shops and also to
get some more photos for the Nottingham
Gay Scene website.
Then in the evening I stayed in to watch TV, while David went
to NG1 with a friend. |
| Sunday - 23rd February 2003 |
I got the train from Nottingham
to Grantham to meet up with Mark, because I am helped him out
for most of the week. When I got the train, for once it was on
time, normally when I get the train they are always late.
When Mark and me got to Little Bytham, I could not believe,
how much he had done since, I was last there. He had moved most
of the office from up stairs, down stairs and done a lot of painting
and lots of other things too.
I helped him just put the finishing touches to the place, by
helping him, move stuff up and down the starts. Once we had finished
doing that we walked Jimmy and Pebbles, then it was off to the
local pub to have food. |
| Wednesday - 26th February 2003 |
David and me have now been
going out for 13 months. God that is a long time. I just wish
that I could have been with him today. So tell him and show him,
just how much I love him and that I want to spend the rest of
my life with him.
I became an electrician for a while today, because I found two
places that should have electrical wall sockets, that did not
have any sockets on them. It's the first time, in my life that
I have put them on so, I don't think that I did too badly of
a job. And better still they both worked and I did not kill myself,
in the process of putting them on!
I also walked Jimmy and Pebbles, I can't take them to far as
Jimmy is starting to get old.
When Mark got back from London, we went to The
Willoughby Arms, the local pub for a meal. When we were
there, we found out that the landlord is putting the pub up
for sale. I just hope that the new owns done as good, as him
and his wife. But only time will tell.
Then I was up till about 3:00am fixing a friends laptop, which
has Windows XP on it. I can't stand XP. The more I use it the
more that I dislike it! Why can't Microsoft leave well alone? |
| Friday - 28th February 2003 |
I am just had one of the wront
train journey in my life. I should have been getting the 3:55pm
train from Peterbough to Liverpool Lime Street. That train get
canceled at Cambridge, so everyone was told to get the next train,
but I could not get on it, because there was already two many
people on it. So I waited for the train after that which was
at 4:55pm, again that train was too busy, so that I could not
get on it. So I wainted to the 5:30pm train, which got into Peterbough
on time, but when the train get to Nottingham eveyone was told
to get off the train because there was not driver to take the
train any follower. So I had to wait in Nottingham till the next
time. Then get that train for Nottingham to Birmingham New Street.
That train got to Birmingham, on time. But then the train from
Birmingham should have leave at 8:18pm, but did not end up leaving
till 8:47pm.
At least when I got on that train I got a nice sit. It's the
first time that I have got to use on of the new Virgin
trains. It was really great, I like getting to put on laptop
in and also use the on-board radio! Just a shaen that the train
was late leaving from Birmingham.
Oh and I am so sorry for taking my bad train journey out on
you David. You know that I no that I get pissed me a bit easily
and i am sorry for taking it out on you. Love Gordon. xoxoxox |
| Saturday - 1st March 2003 |
I went to Leeds with
David to watch him dance in the Northern Competitions in Leeds.
It was good to see David dance in a Competition at last. It
was a long day had to get up at 6:30am and we did not get back
till about 2:00am. I very mainly there doing all the filming,
which David and me will be sorting out in the near future and
putting on the LUDC
website.
It was also good to watch because of the guys dancing were cute
too. And oh David I still don't see what you like about number
95.
The best thing about the day was that Liverpool
University won the off-beat competition. Oh and of choose
spending the whole day with my David. |
| Saturday - 8th March 2003 |
Go
a night it has been. Tonight some one tyred to break into my
boyfriends house. Lucky all that they did was to break a window
in the front door. It's lucky that I was in or it could have
been a lot wrone. I was sreaced to say the least!!!
I was also pissed off about them breaking the window because
I was happy watching Celebrity
Fame Academy at the time.
At least the police where very good! They got there in about
5 mins and about 6 of them turned up in total.
I was also pissed off about the break in, because David had
to came back easily for his night out. Which he had been looking
forward to for a long time. |
| Thursday - 13th March 2003 |
Have you been watching Celebrity
Fame Academy. I think it's great I really want Ruby to
win. So please everyone vote for Ruby.
Other then watching Celebrity
Fame Academy for most of the day!! I have been in bed,
because I have not been feeling to great today! I think that
I may be coming down with something. I just hope that I get
better soon, because I go to Scotland soon, for a week to look
after my Mum and Dads dog. |
| Friday - 14th March 2003 |
It
has been a good day! There has only been one bad thing about
it, I will get onto that later!
The day started off with Mark and me putting up a security light,
that he has had since 1998! That's a long time to have a light,
before doing anything with it! And in the end it about toke about
30 minutes to put up.
In the afternoon, I was out in the back garden for about 3 hours,
starting to make it look more like a back garden again. Well
it as been a very nice day, so a made the most of it!
In
the evening I watched Comic Relief. I could not believe that
Will Mellor won, Celebrity
Fame Academy. I really wanted Ruby Wax to win.
The only bad thing about today is that, for some reason I get
the idea that my boyfriend David does not want to speak to me
anymore and I have to idea why! It's really starting to get me
down! I really hope that he start things sorted out, because
I really love him, with all my heart.
Tomorrow we will have been going out for 59 weeks. Which is
a very long time and I don't want to thou it all away. So David
I really LOVE you and we can just get everything sorted out. |
| Saturday - 15th March 2003 |
Mark and me spend most of
the day out in the back garden. I could not believe just how
much, we did in just one day. The garden now looks the best that
it has done in a long time! Now we just have the long time for
burning all the trees etc that we have cut down.
In the evening I just watching TV and did some more work to
some of my websites. |
| Sunday - 16th March 2003 |
With
the weather being go great I made up my mind, to go out for a
walk and take a digital camera with me.
I was so happy with one the photos that I got. I got a photo
of a Class 373/2 GNER train,
in the GNER livery.
I just washing that I stayed there for just a extra minute
or so, because then I would have got a photo of a Class 372/2 GNER train
in the Eurostar livery.
To see more of my work go to the Bytham's
website.
Then in the evening Mark, Ben and me went to the The
Willoughby Arms, the local pub, for some food. |
| Tuesday - 18th March 2003 |
I am so happy because I got
my first donate to help with the running costs of my Killearn
on the Web site. I got £50 which i am going to use
to move the website, to a new host. Then at long last I will
be aboit to get the website looking move the way I would like
it to look.
If you would like to help me with the running costs of any of
my website's, please contact
me for more information.
Other than that I went out a walk to get more photos for the Bytham's
website. With being out so much I am getting to get a sun
tan. |
| Wednesday - 19th March 2003 |
I spent most of the day uploading
the Killearn
on the Web site, to it's new host. I moved it from 4dmedia
to 34sp.com.
It's the first time in my life that I have moved a website to
a new host, I just hope that it all goes to plan and that the
DNS servers up-date them self's ok. But only time will time and
it does take up to 48 hours to work.
It's also means that I have to re-code all the CGI scripts after,
but the good thing is that I have used 34sp.com so I will have
a idea, what needs to be done. |
| Thursday - 20th March 2003 |
I am amazed, the moving of
the Killearn website
all when to plan, now I just have to up-date the CGI scripts,
that I missed first time around. Then up-load The
Gay Glasgow site to the same host, because it's been hosted
on the Killearn web
space, for a while now. One day I will get the money to move
it, to it's own host.
Then in the evening I got the 6:00pm Central
Train from Grantham to Nottingham and oh my god the train
was on time. Then I had to wait for a couple for minuets for
David's train to get in from Liverpool. Then his Dad give us
a lift from the train station, to his house.
David and me have a lot to get sorted out tonight. I just hope
that we do, but if not I at least hope that we can still be friends. |
| Sunday -23rd March 2003 |
That's me just had one of
the wrone days in my life. That's David and me broke up again.
I was starting to think that we may get things sorted out, but
I was wrong. I don't really want to say much about it. But then
I can't see us getting back together. I wish that we could, but
I just don't see it happening.
Just to think that we would have been going out for 14 months
this Wednesday coming (26th March). I just how amazing, how one
day your life can be going well, then the next things, things
are up-side down.
He was the first boyfriend, that had ever met my partners. That
I had ever been on holiday with, been up a mountain with, gone
cycling with and the list goes on and on. I just hope that we
can still be friends.
So today, will be the first day of my new life. I think that
there will be lots of things that I am going to change, starting
with my hair, that is really starting to do, my head in. |
| Monday - 24th March 2003 |
Today is not going to be a
easy day. I did not get much sleep at all last night, I have
been up since about 5:00am, because I could not get back to sleep.
I least I have got one good thing done since, I got out of bed
and that's start to sort out my hair!! All that I need to do
to it now, is to get it cut!!
In the afternoon David came around he drove all the way from
Nottingham to see me. At least we're speaking again, but I now
also know that there is no way that we will be getting back together.
So if for the next number of weeks, I don't sound too happy
don't worry about it, I am sure that I will get over it!! |
| Tuesday - 25th March 2003 |
Today David and me went to
his old college, to get some photos, because they are knocking
the old one down, to build a new one.
See David and me can still be friends!!! All going to plan he
may be coming up to Scotland with me for the weekend. |
| Thursday - 27th March 2003 |
David and me had a long chat
and have starting going out with each other again. I really hope
that we get though with bad bitch, because I really, really love
the guy.
I LOVE YOU DAVID and we will get things sorted out. xoxoxox |
| Friday - 28th March 2003 |
Today David had a exam at Liverpool
University he said that was easy and that he did well in
it!
When he got back I asked him, if he wanted to go up to Glasgow
with me for the weekend. We both were hoping to go up together,
but then had to change our plans because of the rail strike.
So I had moved my train ticket to Saturday. So today I phoned
up National Rail equatils and asked if they was anyway that I
could get the train was Liverpool Lime Street to Glasgow Centre.
They said YES!!! So we got the 2:27pm train from Liverpool to
Preston, to pick up the West Coast main line.
It's the first time that I have used the West Coast main line,
lucky most of the journey went journey well.
When we got to Glasgow my
bother Craig picked us both up and toke us to Killearn. |
| Saturday - 29th March 2003 |
Today David and me got the
bus from Killearn to
Glasgow. I had forgotten just now boring a 45 minute bus journey
can be. At least my David was there to keep me happy.
The first thing that we did when we got into Glasgow, was had
I got my hair cut. I must have been in the hair dresses, for
at least 30 minutes. I think that the longest hair cut that I
have had in my whole life. I have now got my curtains back. Which
David and me both think makes me look a lot cuter again.
Then we went for a long look again the shops in Glasgow. Then
we got the underground, down to the West End, to see my wee bother
working. He was too busy to see us, but at least I have seen
where he works now.
Then when we went a walk to Frankie
and Bennys for a meal. I don't think we have been there
since we were up in Glasgow last summer. The food was great
as always.
Then it was back to Killearn.
It's been a long day, but a very good one at that!! |
| Sunday - 30th March 2003 |
Today David went back to Liverpool,
I did not really want him to go, because it was a great weekend
and we got on the best that we have done in a long time.
I am not use to being the one saying good-bye, it's normally
me who is getting on the train. At least it's not too long till
I see him again. I am going back down to Liverpool on the 8th
April and I can't wait to see him again.
When I got back to Killearn I
went out a walk to start getting more photos for my Killearn
on the Web site. |
| Monday - 31th March 2003 |
Today
I went out a cycle to get more photos, for my Killearn
on the Web site. It's the longest cycle that I have done
this year it was good fun. I cycled to places that I have not
been to in a very long time.
I also went to the old Killearn hospital. Of all the years that
I have stayed in Killearn it's the first time that I have really
looked around the place.
When I got back I sorted out the photos and made a start on
uploading them to the website. |
